Brocken Blood

“Watch as I conjure a witch!”
Back in the 17th century, Johann Schultz, a German alchemist, successfully produced a witch and infused it with his own blood. Fast forward to modern times, Shurutsu Kenichi, a high school student and third generation German, fights under the anonymous identity of “Brocken” to uphold justice against those who exploit the synthetic witch theory. However, for inexplicable reasons, he transforms into a Magical Girl “Heroine” during combat.
