Yori Asanagi exhibits maturity in various aspects of her life, but her innocence remains evident when it comes to matters of the heart. This is evident when Himari Kino, her junior, unexpectedly expresses her love for her after their band’s performance at a freshman induction ceremony. Yori is taken aback and confused, seeking advice from her friends who tease her, suggesting that she might be falling in love. Eventually, Yori develops feelings for Himari as well, only to realize that her infatuation was with Yori’s music, not her as a person.
